1. How to change or cancel our order?

--Please contact customer service within 24 hours to change or cancel your order.

2. If some products are missing from our order.

--Firstly, you need to provide the picture of products you received and send it to us for confirmation. Then we will provide two options: refund or reissue for your choice.

3. How long will it take to process our order?

-- We will process your order within 48 hours.

4. Why is our order canceled and refunded ?

--There are two reasons. (1) It’s not suitable for delivery due to regional reason. (2) We don’t have enough inventory.

13. How to wash our products?

-- For the toys, you can machine wash and take the blanket out of the toy in advance.

 For the slipper, they can hand wash only.

 For the pet bed, they don’t support wash.
